Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StackerSupply, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

Conditional Rebate Program

StackerSupply operates a conditional rebate program where customers may receive rebates based on the outcome of real-world events. This is not gambling:

• All purchases are final sales of legitimate products
• Products ship immediately regardless of rebate outcomes
• Rebates are promotional price reductions, not winnings
• Event outcomes are determined by independent data sources
• No skill or chance affects product quality or delivery

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Your protection comes from the conditional rebate program, not traditional return policies.

Payment Terms

We accept ACH transfers, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Credit cards are not accepted to protect the integrity of our rebate program. Qualified rebates up to 100% of purchase price are refunded to the original payment method. Rebates exceeding 100% are issued as store credit.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use StackerSupply. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Limitation of Liability

StackerSupply's liability is limited to the amount of your purchase. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Event outcomes are provided by third-party data sources and we do not guarantee their accuracy, though we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure reliable data feeds.
